Each year leading pediatric specialists from dozens of countries gather for the Excellence in Pediatrics international conference, which focuses on monitoring the latest trends and challenges in child and adolescent health. This year the conference was held in London on 10-12 December and was co-organised with the Health Behaviour in School-aged Children study.
During a keynote speech at the conference Dr Joanna Inchley, HBSC's International Coordinator, and other partners presented the latest trends and evidence on young people's health at the population level.
The conference included over 150 scientific presentations including 23 abstracts, 14 oral presentations and 9 posters from members of the HBSC study.
