Webinar to discuss the results of the 2017/18 HBSC survey in French-speaking Belgium

The HBSC research team in the French-speaking area of Belgium (Wallonia) are hosting a webinar to discuss the results of the 2017/18 HBSC survey; the latest of 11 HBSC surveys carried out in the region. The free online event will take place on the 24th of November, 2020, from 13h30 (Central European Standard Time).

Fourteen thousand adolescents took part in the survey in 2017/18, providing data on their health, well-being and health behaviours. The young people answered questions about eating habits, the consumption of tobacco, alcohol and drugs, their use of electronic media, physical activity habits, sexual health as well as aspects of their social lives and emotional states.

The results of the 2017/18 survey in Belgium have been published in a series of topic-focused reports, available on the SIPES website. The webinar on the 24th of November will see members of the HBSC research team appear alongside a variety of specialists to discuss the findings in-depth and answer questions from webinar participants. Consult the programme online for further detail about the event.

Register for the webinar online: 24th of November, 2020, from 13h30 (Central European Standard Time).
